In a world where obesity has come to an epidemic state, we feel that it is absolutely necessary to help, guide, educate and assist our clients in adopting healthy lifestyle habits- and that starts with the foods that we consume on a daily basis. We truly believe in educating our clients about their current state of health and through their continued health process.

Nutritional Counseling

Nutritional Counseling aims to EDUCATE clients by helping them understand the important factors about their health. Nutritional Counseling focuses on practical actions that can be taken to address nutritional needs, as well as the benefits of behavioral change. The nutrition care process involves four (4) steps: Nutrition Assessment, Nutrition Diagnosis, Nutrition Intervention and Nutrition Monitoring and Evaluation. There is no better way to adapt to change other than understanding the present situation and understanding the solution and why it benefits you. Our nutrition counselors are well equipped and are absolutely ready for each member.

Behavioral Plan

It is well known that consuming unhealthy foods causes mood swings. Blood sugar fluctuations and nutritional imbalances are to blame- or are we actually to blame? Without a steady, healthy source of fuel from the foods that we consume, our minds and bodies function under their full capabilities. Exercise in addition to a great diet is a universal medicine, as we like to say. Exercising on a daily basis has many benefits including weight loss, which in itself is a great cure for many diseases like diabetes. Some of the benefits of daily physical activity are:
